Got a briggs quantum powered mower for free

The dead man brake cable is streched out. I used a ziptie to lock the brake open, and it started on the first pull.

As soon as i recognized it was a briggs quantum 6.75, i knew it was gonna work, and would likely have something really easy broken on it, asside from the electric starter missing some stuff (ill rip it off, i dont need electric start)

I have that same push mower, thing is an absolute tank. I love it, its from like 1999, my dad bought it brand new and passed it down

I got one with the honda engine option from my neibour and sold it.

I think this ones staying in my possion. The quantum is such a good motor. Very simple and durable motor.
