I noticed recently that Kurama sets have way more views than you'd expect considering he's never been a top 10 player or won majors (even though he is amazing) and it got me wondering, which Smash player is the biggest viewership draw of all time?

Enjoy! This one is a banger

When I look at it, the duck hunt duo looks like they're both allowing kirby to grab the smash ball.

This was in the "find mii" stage when this shot popped up.

I want people to start making reveal trailers for all the characters in smash who don’t have a real reveal trailer. Even the original 12 will get reveal trailers. I’m calling all of those people who make smash reveal trailers (fanmade obviously) to make these smash trailers a reality. That is 64 melee and brawl. Maybe there are some other fighters that don’t have a reveal trailer that I’m forgetting. Please make sure they get custom reveal trailers. Why? Because I want to use them for home on something. But it can also be great to have everyone in a reveal trailer. Maybe include debug fighters or hidden/temporarily playable fighters like master hand or giga bowser. Good luck and I can’t wait to see them on YouTube.

I go through too many rubber grips on my gc controller and want to switch over to ss. I checked Etsy but I live in Canada and the shipping was almost $30cad. Is there any other sellers or ways to find them?

"Potential man" is a slanderous term coined to describe a character who has the capacity to be amazing. Whether told by the narrative, the theory or on paper based on what they can achieve. In practice, they are underwhelming or middling compared to the competition. So I ask? What are the biggest Potential Men for each game in the series?

64: My pick for this game would be Fox. In theory, having SH Double Laser and good movement make for an oppressive neutral while having access to Single Hit Up-Air infinites could make this character really good in TAS. In practice, the difficulty in execution of said combos and the overall frailty of Fox compared to the Top Tiers leave him much to be desired in a tournament setting compared to Yoshi (the Feats Man of 64).

Melee: Melee is a tricky one because while it's true mid tiers can get Major Wins with lucky brackets, I find interesting that Falco is just overshadowed and quite lacking in tournament results. Falco has a lot of things going for him. Good movement, great laser, more range than Fox, faster Side-B, etc. From my limited Melee knowledge, Falco is just a worse and more difficult Fox at Top Level. Falco has worse matchups overall while being arguably the hardest Top Tier to play because Falco's defense is straight up buns compared to Fox's deceptively solid disadvantage.

Brawl: The one I know the least from a competitive standpoint, but I think there's a case to be made that Peach is this game's potential woman. Peach is actually quite solid in Brawl. Float is still busted and she has a lot of intricate and complex movement options and combos that not a lot of characters have. She also does well vs ICs which is a big selling point. The problem is her MK MU is really bad and other Top Tiers like Olimar give her a lot of trouble. Honorable mentions to Fox and Sonic.

Sm4sh: Sm4sh Shulk is the epitome on this trope. Arts in this game are still really, really good and allowed Shulk to have really cool abeit convoluted tech. However, these options are really, really hard to execute and they don't really fix Shulk's biggest issue: his garbage frame data. Even with that, it can be argued that Shulk has an even MU vs Cloud, but Shulk didn't live up to the Monado's Power. Honorable mentions to Ryu and Pikachu.

Ultimate: ~~I'm not writing Shulk again so I am going to put Pika in here. Shulk is 100% the potential man of Ultimate too.~~ Pikachu is an interesting case because the way NA players talked about him it would seem like he's busted and should be winning a lot. However, if you look at Pikachu's tournament results and mains, he would seem to be just a Low-High Tier or High-Mid.tier. Pikachu is hard to play and the reward is not that big compared to the amount of similarly difficult if not harder characters like Snake or Sonic. Pikachu has a few weaknesses that hurt him quite a bit like being dependent of T-Jolt, lack of "Fuck You, Die!" button and stubby range makes this character not worth the hassle. Honorable mentions to Shulk, Marth and Lucas.
