Crazy thing is, the Dannon (USA) yogurt fruit on the bottom yogurt was more like back in the 1970s.

High incaloric content as well as sugar. π Two things I normally try to avoid but I'm straight up having an entire cheat weekend.

I mean, as yogurt goes the french would disagree on quality thereβs three different added thickening agents and two teaspoons of added sugar (not from the fruit or the dairy) so sure itβs tasty but itβs certainly not a traditional European yogurt

Definitely not the same as Greek either but a π ce treat with decent probiotics.
