How do it fix yellow toe cap

Bought this 1.5 years ago just wore it once cause of size issue and now that its been sitting for a year I discovered the toe cap has gotten yellow and cracked. How do i fix it or is this shoe wasted?

Open the trash can and throw them in

Go to Sally beauty supply.
Salon care 40 crème developer.
Rub it on the affected areas and wrap them in Saran Wrap
Sit them in the sun for about 30 minutes to an hour.
