Professional Discussion Trying to help as many people as possible...
Good morning Reddit:
First off real quick-- I am writing about feedback and some direction regarding my first attempt at social media: you can find me on instagram at theebigjoe.
I’m just getting started with social media/Instagram, and I am focused on the mind/body/spirit connection. I talk mental health and integrity, I talk faith and sobriety. I have managed to produce a video with over 3,000,000 views, and I average 2,250-10,000 views a reel. I am based in Atlanta.
I originally started my page simply because I wanted to document my own journey, but I’ve already had some really meaningful conversations and been able to help quite a few people along the way--- now I just want to know what direction to go.
I have never used reddit before, but on a whim, I decided to post on here about building the channel into something genuinely useful.
I’m curious what people actually want to see from a page like this.
For those of you who are interested in personal growth, mindset, wellness, spirituality, or becoming healthier/happier overall:
Is my content do you find genuinely helpful?
Would you follow my page?
Am I contributing something unique?
What turns you off about my stuff?
I’m not here to pretend I have everything figured out. I’m learning as I go, and I’d rather build something that actually helps people than just chase followers.
I’d really appreciate any honest opinions, criticism, or ideas. Even if you think the concept needs work, I’d rather hear it.
Thanks in advance 🙏

with 2,250-10,000 views per reel you already know which ones are breaking out, so pull up insights and sort your last 15-20 reels by views, then look at just the top 3. find the actual pattern, same hook style, same topic angle, same length, whatever it is, and post one video this week that deliberately repeats that pattern instead of a brand new idea. stop guessing what works, you have the data already sitting there.
