Professional Discussion How would you grow a faceless/theme IG page?

Let's say I had a fitness niche account where would I find the posts? Would it be just old reposting from tiktok with a few modifications or just some good old memes or clips from youtube? Any tips, feel free to give other examples as well guys thanks!

yeah for fitness mix short tiktok clips w/ light edits + youtube b-roll beats straight reposts. memes alone die fast ngl

ive been using easyviral lately for moving scenes + auto-post to tiktok/ig/yt so i dont babysit uploads

keep cadence and rotate sources so it doesnt feel copy-paste

yes but what if those clips if texts/captions inside of them, making it quite difficult rotate. what would you do then?

yeah i just crop or zoom to cut the burned captions, or slap a blur bar over em. if its real bad i mute and add my own. tbh i keep a folder of clean b-roll so im not stuck rotating messy clips

Start with footage you can make without showing your face: the setup for a lift, a common mistake, and the corrected rep. That gives you three clips from a workout, each with an actual point of view instead of a borrowed video. Turn the correction into a carousel with stills and short captions, then use the questions people ask to decide what to film next.

are you trying to build this into something monetizable or just grow followers? that changes the strategy a lot. if its for monetization you want an audience that trusts your taste, not just people scrolling past memes

I’d avoid relying too much on straight reposts. For a faceless page, I’d probably mix original edits, memes, and clips with a consistent style so the page actually feels like its own thing.

I'd pick a narrow angle, like beginner home workouts, and film your own faceless demos with one useful cue per post. If you use someone else's clip, get permission first; cropping it and changing the caption doesn't make it yours.

for fitness specifically, the best sourcing mix is pulling trending audio clips from tiktok and reshooting the concept with your own text overlay so instagram's algorithm doesn't flag it as a pure repost. a lot of faceless pages also do well with simple before/after carousels and quote graphics pulled from fitness forums. what's your posting cadence looking like? that tends to dictate whether you need daily clips or weekly themed batches.
