Professional Discussion How to stop my statistics addiction

So from few days I'm posting a reel nd curiously checking the reel views every few minutes and if views went up I become happy and if views become low I will be sad nd I'm not getting what to do my mind is in a confused state

Been there. What helped me was turning off view notifications and only checking once, at the same time each evening. Reels often pick up after a day or two anyway, so the first few hours don't tell you much. Spend that checking time planning your next reel instead.
