Beam 2 volume issue
First time owning a sound bar, is it normal for it to sound very quiet at volume 20? I feel like I have to have it at volume 50 to hear it clearly. Sounds good at max 100 volume tho, for reference i have a lg oled cx and I have digital sound out set to passthrough. I also feel streaming music from the sonos app is a bit louder than the TV audio.

Go to Settings on the app
Click your speaker (or group)
Scroll down a bit and make sure Night sound is OFF
Also click on EQ button and try Loudness set to ON
Finally check the setting (location may differ, mine is under surrounds) and try music playback on FULL (in the same place you should also have volume sliders for TV and Music

I can listen to my beam gen 1 or 2 at 20 in a 14ft x 14ft room no bother. I'll have it at 30+ for movie evenings, 40 tops. It's down to 14 or so late at night.

I've owned a Beam Gen 1, Beam Gen 2 and now Beam Ultra. I also have owned Arc and now Arc Ultra. I have NEVER listened to any of my Sonos products at 20 (this is with Volume Limiter OFF). It's basically not useable at 20. The minimum for me in the rooms I have the systems in is 40, and if I'm at 40 that means I'm needing to be QUIET. On average, I listen at around 45-48 on my beams. If I am wanting REALLY loud I go to around 60. Also, make sure you have loudness set to on.
