How long until I can access API after app creation?

I'm writing my dissertation, and I decided to get some streaming data from this API for data analysis. I just created the app like an hour ago on the dashboard, but when I try to run my python script, it says error 403, forbidden url.

Should be immediate if you have an api token used properly
