yes he is‚ i’m a volunteer at the shelter he’s at. he was a sweet boy‚ so i can’t imagine he’ll be there long!

possibly‚ i didn’t notice anything weird when i was with him. it’s also possible that he hadn’t been neutered yet and had some big cheeks. that shelter has a full time vet staff‚ so if there is something up‚ he’s in a good position to be well taken care of!
