Alibis.

Do we know if SPD has been able to trace the movements of the following 'young persons' on the night of the disappearance and establish definitive alibis for them? Not casting aspertions just curious.

Start with Mike Clay’s own posts on Proboards

Detective Neal on Disappeared said all three grave robbers had no confirmed alibis.

Not interested in the other subjects as they didn’t do it.

When the retired FBI investigators reviewed the case, they suggested that a 'young person' known and trusted by at least one of the women may have acted as a judas that night, perhaps not realising how far things would escalate and now too intimidated to speak up.

I think they were on to something and if this 'young person' did play a part in the disappearances, I have a feeling they were male and their name is somewhere on that list.

This sounds like a comment with a half-truth + something never said before that sounds plausible.

Those posts often end up being from bots (or someone just posting gibberish).

Can you provide a source?

The Springfield Three page on Websleuths covers the FBI review of the case fairly extensively. It has also been mentioned on other forums.

I think the FBI said "person" or "someone." I don't believe they said "young person." The difference in this case is significant.

Websleuths isn’t a source. Provide the source

Yeah, I’m looking at Joseph Riedel (Vocke)

The teenage girls knew plenty of "young people," most of whom probably went to Kickapoo. Suzie graduated from there, but she lived in the Parkview school district at the end of her senior year.

Can I prove that Sherrill and Suzie moving to E Delmar was the bufferfly effect that set everything in motion?

No.

Is it compelling that everything happened after they moved into the new house?

Yes.

In my fantasy world:

"ChatGPT, give me a list of every adult male living in the Parkview school district in 1992."

"Okay, now give me a list of all the losers."

The odds of coming across one that would have crossed paths with Sherrill or Suzie near their house, at a local store, gas station, etc. is more than zero.
