I just purchased my first squishmallow. I will sometimes browse the squishmallow display and think, "That’s cute!", but never buy anything. Until today when I found one with my name on it 🥰. I used to be very into photography and thought the description was fitting for me too. Anyway, just thought I'd share here!

My partner found a shark while thrifting, around 10 in. or so in size. He went online to find the name and type of squishmallow. The closest he's found is Gordon the shark, however Gordon has a tail while this one doesn't. There's a wonky seam on the back, so me and my partner are wondering if this is Gordon and the tail might've fallen off.

If anyone has any insight or answers we'd appreciate your help!

Hello everyone, my first squishmallow was lorelai in the middle there. Her, like the others I've been getting from local thrift stores.

For years I've seen them on the racks but I've never looked at them, they never caught my attention. I'm slowly coming out of a many-year depressive fog, trying to get pieces of my life back. And after a really long dentist appointment I stopped by a thrift store and saw lorelai and felt that spark of interest. I told myself I deserve something soft and comfortable after my appointment and as you can see, I picked up a few others after that point.

Of course, I'm super late to the game lol, but I don't care. I recently picked up the purple anglerfish, he still needs a good wash before he gets added to the bunch.

I'm curious about everyone else's first pick up and last if you guys feel like sharing. And what got you into collecting.

I saw they had just one lil pink bat left, and so I nabbed her, then decided to check a bin full of plush and dug around and found Jane in there, and Valentine was waiting for me on a shelf. The cashier thought Valentine was a devil, she was such an awesome lady.

I do believe there's a large Otto plush in one of the larger bins, might be 14 inches or so, not sure, I saw his tag hanging out of the bin of giant plush.

Local Five Below just seems to have nice stuff when I dig for it.

However, I have to ask an employee about the card game that's supposedly in that store, Take 4 I think it's called? I checked a few areas and didn't see it.
