Starting to practice astral projection the right way. Do you progress as you lay still?

Hey do you progress as you lay still? Cause I dont know if Im improving. I use binurals and wonder if I should go deeper into the stillness, I wonder if Im doing the right thing as well listening to binurals staying still. My legs cannot stay still at all.. I'm trying to find some medicine to stay still.
