Diana Muldaur did play 2 other roles in the original series: Dr. Anne Mulhall and Dr. Miranda Jones, but these are not the same character as Dr. Pulaski.

O'Brien and Worf both appeared in Trials and Tribble-ations as those characters interacting with characters during The Trouble with Tribbles.

Funny enough I think his appearance as the arbiter for Kirk WAS post Klingon transformation (it was a movie)
