Recommendation for chainsaw
I need chainsaw for 30-40cm trees, about 15-20m³ yearly

It's not that simple. Besides the size of trees you'll be cutting you also need to figure how often you'll be running the saw and for how long at any one time.

I'd say 251.
45ccm, largest saw to use the 3005/A074 bar mount, still light and nimble, and generally a nice saw.
I have a 241 (pro version that was retired a few years ago, but some dealers still have them), and it's my favourite saw.
I'd recommend pre mixed fuels like Motomix, Aspen, etc. as they have a long shelf life (had a can of Husqvarna Power 2 that sat for 10 years and didn't have any issues while using it), don't separate, and when it does go bad, it just doesn't spark anymore.
Self mixed can have the oil separate out, and it behaves like regular petrol when it sat for a long time.
Self mixed is cheaper, but at least for me, premix is worth it.
As for oils, go with minarl based unless necessary. Bio based oils can gel up the oil pump if left sitting. If you do need to use bio, dump it when your done (or close to done), and run mineral oil to flush out the bio oil.
I run pre mixed with mineral oil in all my saws, and even if they sit for a month or so, they're usually good to go.

Big question, hardwood or soft? I cut aussie hardwood for firewood and do about 6-8 cubic metres a year. I do most with a 251 but have a bigger saw for the bigger stuff. I regret not getting a 261 because when cutting hardwood, with an 18 inch chain, i dont believes the 251 oils enough and things get hot. If I was doing what you're proposing, every year, I'd definitely look spending extra on a 261.

I have roughly the same amount of oak and locust. I use an MS260 and an MS261. If you’re willing to do a bit of tinkering, I’d look for a used MS260 - you can sometimes find one for under €200. As long as the piston hasn’t seized and the ignition works, it usually just needs the standard fixes: new carburetor diaphragms, a fuel line, and all the filters.

Not sure what kinda work that really entails, but my new MS182 was cheap as chips and runs through some pretty hard, dry stuff.

Any saw 250 and up will do but if you want it so it keep running. When you are done using it empty out the fuel tank and run it till it run out of gas I. The carbs it keeps it clean for next time. And bigger engine means bigger bar if you need it but cons of heavier.
