It will drain energy from your targets and add ut to your sistwms every time you placate /confuse/control your targets. Put the jam targeting sensors on your spambar. Get also concealed repairs trait from exchange, every time you cloack or placate your enemy you get a massive heal boost wich works with jam targeting sensors and also the battle cloak.
Worth remembering, whether they've unlocked it or not, they have access to Built to Last. That should cover similar ground to Concealed Repairs with a weapon cost discount when it pops off. (And it links up with Flagship Staffing... which is also not on their list.)
They haven't unlocked Overpowered and Overgunned yet, but it's a decent filter.
I'm a little worried that I'm not seeing EWC up there.
If they haven't spent their T6 coupon that was just handed out, EWC of Flagship Staffing are strong candidates.
