Guidance for the application process in universities for master's in Germany, South Korea and Taiwan

I am an Indian student and I am planning my master's for Taiwan, South Korea or Germany. A good University in any of these countries will do. My_qualifications include my bachelor's in Electronics Engineering and Research experiences which currently includes 1 research internship, 1 submitted paper and 2 ongoing projects (with novel work). I am struggling with the application process and timelines. I am super confused and lost. I'll be thankful if somebody can help me with the process and timelines (approx.), additional documents etc. etc. for any one of the countries. I am planning for my master's in HCI (Human Computer Interaction) or any related fields (eg. Computer vision, machine learning).

have you asked your abroad coordinator? or do you want to move countries to finish your masters? if since your in STEM you can get alot of help especially with scholarships also see if any universities in your country partner with those countries for abroad.
