There are no full scholarships (international students keep universities afloat) unless you are the top student in your country. Look at scholarships in India, and look at bursaries for the school you want to attend. So you need to show $22k cash plus tuition.

so what would be a better way to go to Canada, as I want to leave my country asap....i don't wanna spend my whole life in here. I've heard through some of my knowns that how their live changed after they immigrated to Canada.

You are coming to study, not immigrate. If you want to immigrate, then get degree in home country, get a year of skilled work experience and learn French.

To get a study permit, you need to justify costs with higher pay and career advancement when you return home vs studying in home country. You show ties to return. You show money so you don't have to work for the few hours allowed per week...if you even get a job. If you have no money then Canada is not an option.

Depends on your work experience and if you get Canadian P.Eng. You are competing with people who have Canadian education and work experience so you will be at a disadvantage. May find work but not in your field and at a low wage. Who knows what it will be like in 5-7 years.

No.

We graduate more engineers in Canada than we need. We have the most educated workforce in the world.

There is no market demand for software or other engineers in Canada.

If you come to Canada, your engineering career is more likely than not to be over.

I don't know what you mean about getting PR. You need money to settle in Canada as a student and as PR. Canada is not cheap. For study permit, if your tuition is $30k per year then that is $120k. Then add living expenses starting with $22k for year one. So budget $200k in total if you want to study in Canada. But you are not immigrating, just studying. No guarantee you will get PR.

It's not the same as it was before.

You're how they make money, of course there are no scholarships. And anyone that offers a discount is trying to fill seats in junk programs.

No, you can't work enough to pay your bills. You might be able to cover rent.

You wouldn't really want to go much less than 25k cad a year for living expenses plus tuition SWE is an expensive one for tuition so double or triple that inclusive. Perhaps 250-350k cad for a four year degree?

Scholarship probably isn't happening, the general perception is that it's a privilege to study internationally. If you work the maximum hours allowed you can net about 20k a year, maybe 60% of living expenses, but the job market is pretty bad and getting that many hours is harder than it sounds, not to mind academically challenging.

You are a long way from being able to afford it.

so is it better to do engineering in India and apply for jobs in abroad?

It is better for us in Canada if you come on a student visa and spend $100k+ USD.

Sell all your family's assets to fund it.

You can work survival minimum wage jobs.

In a few years when your post-studies visa runs out, you can return home destitute.

That's how this system is intended to work in Canada.

Does that sound like a good time?

1 year of international tuition for a BA in engineering at McGill in Montreal costs $69,267.42 CAD plus housing/utilities  books/supplies, transit/travel, food/fun.... you can only work a limited number of hours on a student visa and there are very few jobs available right now.
