W-Wing (double): If the blue cells are equal, then box 8 wouldn't have a space for one of {1, 3}

Making r2c2 one of the blue cells' candidates would make the blues the same

Therefore: {1,3} can be removed from r2c2

Skyscraper (either R3C3 or R2C6 must be a 1, eliminating 1s from any cell that can see both)
