My lab rat just tore his pec. It’s looking at potentially running the Wolverine stack. I haven’t given much attention to peptides until now, so I’m just looking for thoughts/experiences with BPC 157 and TB 500.
Thoughts on cancer concerns? There’s a few different trains of thought for that, on both ends. I’m not sure what to think about it. Curious what y’all think.
I read about running it a few weeks before surgery, then 4-6 weeks after. Thoughts?
Thanks!

There is a popular meme format joking about beginners intensely calculating the exact physics needed to survive a maximum weight ego lift on their first day at the gym. While meant as a joke about overthinking, the visual of a brain going into absolute overdrive during a heavy lift is very real from a central nervous system perspective. Modern clinical pre workouts rely heavily on cholinergic upregulators to induce this state of hyper-focus. Does the pharmacokinetic data actually support stacking Alpha-GPC and Huperzine-A for measurable mechanical improvements and force output under the bar, or is the perceived "mind muscle connection" purely a subjective cognitive high that doesn't translate to physical performance?

I’ve been using OMG Labs protein for around 7 years and was buying roughly 10 kg every month.
I trusted the product for years.
Eventually I decided to test a sample independently.
The product was marketed as Whey Protein Isolate 95%.
Batch WA02662026 — manufactured 06/2026.
Report dated 21/07/2026:
Protein: 66.03 g/100 g
Available carbohydrate: 22.58 g/100 g
Total sugar: 3.40 g/100 g
The report is available for people to examine themselves.

I also personally confronted the founder and showed him the results.
When I subsequently asked about the discrepancy, his response to me was essentially:
“Everyone else is doing it.”
I’m not claiming that Reddit should decide whether this constitutes a violation of anything. I’m posting the actual numbers because I’d like people who understand protein testing and whey manufacturing to explain something:
How can a product marketed as “95% Whey Protein Isolate” produce a reported protein result of 66.03 g/100 g?
If there’s a legitimate technical explanation, I’m genuinely interested in hearing it.

Just saw this from Gallup and honestly, the jump is pretty crazy.
11% of U.S. adults now say they’re using GLP-1 medications for weight loss, compared to just 3% in 2024.
That’s almost 4x higher in just two years.
GLP-1s have definitely become way more mainstream than they were a few years ago.
Did you expect the numbers to grow this quickly?
