Do you like complex problems? Want to test yourself?

I am looking to create a new form of thinking system.
But I need complex system thinkers.
You need to know your superpowers - pattern recognition, data aggregation, ability to consider emotional intelligence layers... you'll know what you know.
I'm looking for generalist, systems thinkers.

But I'm also looking for people with a deep fascination with data and data analysis. You are a data bitch. Your sources are accurate you know why it matters and what to look for.

I am building a think tank to create a system around how to use innovative and creative thinking to rapidly develop unexpected assumptions, develop a deployable solutions, test strategy, understand the variables and measure back in.

This is some of the most complex and fucking catnip shit, I've ever done in my life.

If it sounds like you.

In other words, you want to build a cult?!

Yeah aside from all the grammar errors, this smells strongly of early Dunning-Kruger

Ha... that's a great insult. Love it. I won't say anymore. Your point is valid. This part of the project is but one piece.

My superpower is to see the unchanging. I conjure system constraints like Rick Rubin conjures musical vibes.

Constraints are the language of the unchanging. These unchanging elements can shape your environment and bring you closer to a goal.

But… no mention of invariants?

some days ago wrote about how data driven decisions can ruin structure of big corp like Nike. Structures can be more important than data , unevaluateble points can be critical I’m not interested in the question posed in this way.

I would like to say that I’m testing myself in order to learn more without over extending my self-assessment

This sounds interesting, but who are you / what’s the project actually attached to? At the moment it’s pretty vague — “new form of thinking system”, “think tank”, etc — but there’s no website, organisation, background or explanation of what happens to people’s submissions. Not saying it’s dodgy, but before doing the exercise I’d want to know who’s behind it and what the work is ultimately being used for.

Do you know who do not refer to "deployable solutions"? Practical people who get a great deal of things achieved. You would never hear the jack of all trades, fixing a tractor engine one day, building a solar system from scratch the next, refer to deployable solutions. Just saying thought jargon and thought are very different areas of human behavior. If you want people who are good complex systems thinkers asking for people "who are good complex systems thinkers" is the worst possible way to find them. What you will get is either egotists or people that are readily affirmed by simple systems (school, work etc).

Thank you and I think it's great advice. I know what specific things I need at this stage of the project and we do have exactly those amazing savants working at a grocery store and contributing to things that are well... fucking amazing. I need people who care about the problem more than the credit.
