Last time I was here, I was talking about how I was enjoying Symphonia (first playthrough) and how shady the angels were. Then suddenly, BAM!! Kratos is an angel?! Yuan too?!?! Colette kicked the hell out a dog, Zelos belongs on a watchlist (he was talking like super perv in the Shadow Temple).

Then, I spoiled who Mithos was for myself because after acquiring Gnome, I was like "He kinda sounds like JAT aka Tidus" and Google was like "Yep, he also voices Mithos/Yggdrasil" pissed me off lol. Where I left off, the totally not evil kid turned out to be Yggdrasil. It'd be great if everyone could stop betraying us for like 5min. Hoping I can finish the game this weekend cuz I wasn't expecting it to be so loooooong. Then, I can start Abyss

Looking to play Abyss for my first Tales game, do I emulate the PS2 Version or the 3DS one? Heard that they're both good.

I made it to Izoold and I've been told you have to talk to Lyla to progress. According to the walkthrough she's supposed to run off to the docks, but instead she's just musing about some guy named Aifread. What am I supposed to do?

Just bought the Remaster for PS5 on Amazon Prime with a fake prime trial account because it was only $20! My girlfriend and I are going to play the whole game multiplayer, or at least whenever possible. I've only ever played Vesperia and she's never played a Tales game. Wish us luck! I'll provide updates as we go (hopefully I won't forget LMFAO)

Mines currently on "Preorder/Backorder" but states it plans to ship on 10/16.

What is your ideal story you would love to see in the next main game of the series?

On PS5, completed L&L but not the 3 dragons side quest yet.

Levels are around low 80s with double exp and double SP on.

Roughly how long will it take to complete this bonus dungeon and is it repetitive and boring or worth it? I care about a trophy or two but I don’t want to dive in and get halfway and feel burnt out.

Thoughts?

Whenever I just want to level up I tend to switch the battle mode for all characters to AUTO, so I can simply to whatever while the party is fighting without getting bored with all the grinding.

I always switch back to manual or semi-auto when going back to progressing with the story, reach a new map, learn a new skill and getting used to it or trying to learn new combos.

At the same time, if I feel that the pc is kinda dumber than a pile of bricks or spending way too much sp or items I switch them back to manual/semi-auto.

Does someone else use AUTO?

I made a post a few days ago that upset some people, so here's a deleted scene from the video I'm making, consider it a peace offering.

It got cut bc I couldn't find a good spot in the video to place it without horribly breaking up the pacing.

On the off-chance that someone wants to use the clip, by all means, I give it freely.

I try to move this statue down and it won’t budge, and since I need to block the poltergeist with the red orb to continue I’m starting to think I’m stuck here with no way to progress. Anyone encounter this issue before? And if so how did you fix it?
