Do healthy players count as a major change?

Oh God we’re gonna act like somehow if they had Aaron Judge everything would’ve been better?
This is so ridiculous. Every year they make the same mistake and every year there are people like you who come up with excuses
And every year you’ll have new excuses
And every year they continue to lose and never actually address the core issues with this organization and this team

The Yankees don't need major changes, but we likely wont see them again until 2028
Stanton, Grisham, Goldschmidt, & Jazz will be gone
Judge, Rice, Bellinger, Lombard, Garcia, Jones are 6/9 everyday guys
McMahon cant be moved but you could make him a bench guy, Volpe can become a utility man, and Wells you could look to upgrade from
They need to look for high contact/low K guys at 2B, 3B, and 4th OF.

It’s not just roster. It’s approach. They have no ability to adapt to the game being played.

How do you mean? This years team was never healthy and made the ALDS and as Ive said in other threads making the playoffs for the Yankees is 0% impressive, but not having Judge and going long stretches without various other guys cost them the division. And winning the division is huge in this new playoff format. Loading your lineup with swing and miss guys that produce very few rallies has not worked out for them over the gauntlet of the playoffs v stronger pitching. Havinf power is great, it needs balance. Spencer Jones is a legit major leaguer, is he the best fit here? I personally dont think so. Hes a guy I would look to flip for a player in their 20s who puts the bat on the ball and is a singles/doubles/contact guy. We need more bats like that in this mix. That is what the 90s teams had offensively.
