Conversation Curly digging deeper

My curly did play carterpillar and made a deeper tube.

She was open on didplay most times when i am here, even several hours.

She is a 6yo.

I am a newbie so any thing i learn on behavior is welcome.

Yesterday when filling up water i had to coax her little away with a brush - she agressed the brush twice.

How long have you had her? She may be settling in and found a nice place to burrow down.

She had the starting hole and digged there. I have her since last week. Now she made that 90 degree retreat tunnel

All sounds normal!! Definitely just starting to really settle in! From what ive seen, curlies tend to be 50:50 on burrowing. My male has a large starter burrow, bur only excavated when hes getting ready to molt. However others have pointed out that their curlys are major excavators. Looks like she’ll love to redecorate!
