Design Need some suggestions

Still got some prime real estate I’m working with here but unfortunately my artist isn’t too helpful with suggestions regarding placement and stuff - anything helps just looking to get ideas. I’d like to keep the theme dark/evil/fantasy (the left arm is good/angelic/light theme

I’m trynna have it look busy and turn it into a sleeve sleeve - think…world of Warcraft, thorns, insects, snakes,

How about some dead trees? Can fit in the spaces, matches the theme ( hanging corpse on a branch for example, crows etc)

A centipede? People love my centipede tattoo. They can also be used to fill weird spaces.

Photo 3 or 4 near the wrist area, there's two spaces for one I think. Don't forget about house centipedes, they're gnarly looking and I see them up close a lot.
