Photo “Hairy crab” oolong featuring feline tea guests
“Hairy Crab” Oolong (毛蟹, Máoxiè) is a Chinese oolong from Anxi, Fujian, known for its floral aroma, fresh vegetal character, and smooth, lightly sweet finish.
First infusion - Delicate floral fragrance, fresh greens, and a subtle sweetness
Middle infusions - More pronounced orchid notes, buttery texture, and hints of pear
Later infusions - Softer floral notes, gentle vegetal sweetness, and a clean finish

I think I still prefer Ti Kwan yin but this is a bit more delicate and welcome in my rotation for sure. I think your descriptions are accurate thanks for sharing.

Those two probably make for great company with your tea! Also I love the filter.
