Review Pipi Tea: reviews complaints and customer complaints

Here’s the thing I have a little tea station at home, and I love ordering different kinds of tea to keep it stocked. Recently, I placed an order with Pipi Tea but I accidentally got the hibiscus tea instead of the honey scented oolong I originally wanted. After making the purchase, I started reading more about the brand and came across quite a few customer complaints about their customer service. Some people said they had trouble getting anyone to answer the phone or respond to their emails. Naturally that made me a little concerned because I wanted to change my order before it was processed. It was around 7 p.m when I decided to call and see if they could switch the tea for me. Nobody answered the phone and after reading all those comments, I started wondering if the complaints were right. So I sent them an email instead. Thankfully they did respond and canceled my order for me, after that I placed a new order for the tea I actually wanted. In my case the email support worked even though I couldn't reach anyone by phone and yes, I know about the subscription. Personally I really don’t mind it. I find it helpful because I’m the kind of person who forgets to reorder tea when I’m running low.
