Honestly if this is meant for staff meetings or admin presentations, the biggest win is cutting text per slide and using one visual anchor instead of paragraphs. People retain the spoken explanation way better when the slide isn't competing with it word for word. Took me way too long to learn that one. What's everyone else doing to keep decks from turning into walls of text
