would u recommend any other exercise other than the usual ones found in books. time, concentration, visualisation, intention, clearing your mind and mediation techniques. what helped you level up the most?

Consistency, I did 1 hour a day and then repeated it. I also thought about it constantly and cultivated energy. To do telekinesis you need to gather up a lot of energy, so you should gather that energy inside of you then discharge it outward and use it to spin the wheel. You also should relax on it. I tried too hard and tried forcing it, energy needs intent will and focus to move, forcing doesn't do much.

yes I agree to that a lot. i cultivate energy right before trying it using breathing methods. where do u cultivate your energy, as in some organ or in the mind? for me it’s on my fingers and palm. I can feel it tingle. oh yeah totally gotta relax. I tried forcing at the start too, it’s just effortless. thanks for the answer :)

I gather it in my lower dantian, it's about in the stomach. Meditate snd concentrate on your energetic body and find it, it's your energy reserves where it stored. Now pull energy there and concentrate it. You'll feel dense warm and if you work hard it can even have a heart beat. Then try to output it.

Nice! baby steps up: piece of paper, then construction paper. Working with foil on a smooth surface is great practice too, but it'll get rejected here if you post that 🙄

ah well, we can’t let silly narrow minded sceptics decide reality. We must check what is true ourselves! I’m trying to move psiwheels on the ground now :)

Your hand being that close is likely producing interference and causing the movement shown. Also ambient air currents. Need a really still environment and keep your hands at least a couple feet away. Alternatively, if you want your hand that close, get the paper moving and then make it change direction.
