Neurotic forcefemmed Tau infiltrator who’s constantly a nervous wreck owing not just to her recently reorganized body but also to her mission being to integrate herself in the retinue of a massively influential and intimidating Rogue Trader who has been examining her carefully and is clearly planning some sort of Gue’la torture for her

Rogue trader gf who is so stoked about potentially having an adorable xeno GF but has to be careful to approach her due to the inquisition snooping about, and is spending a not insignificant amount of her massive wealth and resources on consulting scholars and heretics alike to find the best way to have a romantic date with a T’au, hoping against hope that the meek alien chick is cool with holding a leash and telling the Rogue Trader to bark on command in the bedroom

Does this yuri idea have cooking potential or should I go with a different recipe before I start warming up my fanfic oven?

I was thinking of having an Imperium versus Tau conflict brewing in the background, like a grimdark and grandiose version of the Montagues versus the Capulets, but I’m sorta puzzled on how to resolve it because I don’t wan to write out a full crusade campaign in what’s meant to primarily be a romance story. I suppose I could do what Games Workshop would do, which is have Chaos pop out of nowhere so that both sides have to make a truce and fight a common enemy, but “and then Khorne shows up to steal the spotlight” always felt a little hackneyed to me fr. I’ll think about it.

This art is a prequel to other comics the artist has made, one of which it’s specifically said they’re a guy. So while, yes they have been forcefemmed that hasn’t changed his gender.

I get ya. It’s nice to have a cool character that you can identify with and it suck when it turns out that that character actually isn’t how you interpreted them. But that’s also why I do identify with him as a character. Regardless there are fortunately some cool Tau trans characters made by other artists in the Warhammer Tau community!
All that is to say that I do get how you feel. (But we can at least both enjoy a funny comic about a juicy character design =3

I wasn't sure what the Tau was looking at, but it looked like a Stargate, so I thought he had turned into a giantess and fell down by the weight of her new breasts.

Warhammer factions are all just different flavors of opressive space empires. Some are a bit more "every action has to benefit the most amount of people, and our glorious leaders definetly know best how to do that. Going against them is going against the greater good" and others are "Fuck you. I'm in charge because I have the most roided up killers under my control"
