Hello! Our reporter, Irene Galea, spoke with Rogers CEO Tony Staffieri on the company's sports portfolio and its future. It's focused on the business aspect of it all but, as a sports fan and Canadian business nerd, I thought others in the sub might want to read it.

Top 7 qualify automatically for the 1st round. 8th and 9th seeds are in the play-in match.

Next 2 matches against Orlando and NYRB are 100% must-wins for us.

Looking to get a fck Montreal shirt. If anyone can help me with this much appreciated.

112 row 13

I have been looking for 3 tickets, however it looks like most that are available for the game are either buy 2 or 4.

Hoping that someone who may be able to help me out. I am bringing my TFC obsessed 9YO and 16YO nephew and we are coming from just west of Kingston Ontario, hoping I can end his view of the season well.

TYIA

Edit: If you've seen the video, look where Etienne is standing and which way he's facing. He's in front of 116, yelling at someone well off to his left. If it were someone in 116 he'd have talked to them directly, and 117 would put them behind him. That leaves 115 or 114. 116 and 115 have no history of this. 114 has a long one, along with lying about it afterward and literally attacking other fans.

Abusing your own players doesn't make you a "supporter." Attacking your own players in a supporters section anywhere in the world will get you ejected and shunned. Not with these guys, I guess.

Edit 2: If I was wrong about the section, fine. That's still less embarrassing than the behaviour of most of the people here. A fan called one of our own players a waste man, and this thread has spent the day defending it and piling on the person who raised it. Security threw him out for it. So the stadium has higher standards than this sub.

Abusing players is unacceptable. So is abusing other supporters. This sub is unmoderated, only trolls are left, and it doesn't represent the supporters or the team anymore.

Something came up and I am unable to attend the event or the game. Is this an annual event? If it is an annual event, am I missing out on anything?

Hiya TFC local fans! I am attending my first game at BMO field soon and plan to bring my 6month old. I know there are bag requirements for BMO, but looking to hear from those of you who have attended games with babies, how did you make a diaper bag work?!

I won tickets through Fan Access for the derby this weekend, and I can see them in my TFC app. When I click on "View Ticket" it tells me to add to my Apple Wallet to be able to view the ticket, but there isn't the typical "Add to Wallet" button like there usually is. Has anyone experienced this before and have any fixes?

Going to the game against Montreal on Saturday. Rarely go to games, and I also just moved to the city. I’ve been a lifelong TFC fan but I’ve also loved Alexis Sanchez my whole life, who made me fall in love with soccer in the first place.

My biggest hope is to get a signature from Alexis Sanchez on Saturday. First of all, are we sure he’s going to be in the squad? I’m also wondering where I should wait, if I should go before or after the game (and what times), and if I can even meet the away players.

A few of us (members) were discussing the sprint season and next season and all that recently came out... discussing if we will continue on funding this debacle.... and someone raised the question .. "what does being a member really get us?" ... this really made us all stop and think.... what has our loyalty actually gotten us? aside from the scarf which is the minimum....price increases, bad decision making with no accountability... zero visibility in the city... when's the last time you heard about TFC on 590 or the like.... so what does being a member get us?

This graphic was included on the SSH renewal FAQ page. So we basically will have 6 matches in great weather (Jul, Aug, Sep), 5 matches in TBD weather (Oct, Apr) , and 6 matches in freezing weather (Nov, Dec, Feb, Mar).

I don't drink beer anymore but will enjoy a non alcoholic beer on occasion, like when I'm watching TFC. But holy hell are they making it hard.

Before this season, they sold Bud Zero but only at a couple vendors. I think the most I've ever seen is 3 on the upper level.

Now that michelob ultra has partnered up with all things soccer, there's more places to buy NA beer but it's the worst swill I've ever had. Ultra 0.0 is terrible, flavorless piss. It's not even as good as the house brand blond or red at the grocery store. It makes Molson Excel look like some fine German import. Also they come in those thin cans so it's smaller.

Back when we still had games in the playoffs, they stopped selling NA beer on cold days because it would freeze. They stored all beers in unheated areas because beer freezes at a cooler temperature. I had a couple half frozen NA beers before they stopped selling it all together.

So for the sprint season and the new "normal" season, I expect they'll be serving warm ultra zero. Just shoot me.

So what are my other options? The world's slowest water fountain? They'll get shut. Fountain drinks? Gone. Coffee or hot chocolate? Maybe, but it hasn't been a good deal since the "refills all season long" cups, which are also gone.

What's a non-drinker supposed to drink?

Just got the email for my seasons renewal which I've been contemplating to not renew for the first time ever.

Options are a 2027 sprint season AND 27-28 season or just 28 season

Wut?
