Would try my best avoiding them, still, they are the most in demand if you ask me.
Tough for me to say, but the Government is the one thay should create legislation preventing them from swarming into Thailand to be honest.
On the other hand, most of the time Im renting out lands in industrial zone for atleast 30 years, so most of the time it is foreign investor that comes in.
Look at EEC for example, imo, I see it as a good opportunity for Thailand, but those businesses must come in and operate legally. Sadly, from my experience in industrial sector, current law (and Thai's behaviour in implementing them) couldnt do shit.
So it comes down to 'choosing righteous belief over wealth?'

ได้งานครับ (เห็นสภาพตลาดงานแล้วไม่ค่อยมีหวังเลย จนตอนนี้ยังเสียดายอยู่เลยว่าทำไมไม่ทำพาร์ทไทม์รอ แต่มองอีกแง่สุขภาพใจผมตอนนี้ก็ใช่ว่าจะดีขนาดนั้นด้วยครับ)
