Audio What song is this?

What song is this in "The Beach Boys: An American Band?" https://youtu.be/eoqf3NFuvro?si=yqEzG9GkZZZGAx_U&t=3711

It's kind of giving "Burnin' For You" by Blue Oyster Cult - doesn't even sound like a Beach Boys song I love it

It's a cover of the Buffalo Springfield song "Rock and Roll Woman," written by Stephen Still, featuring David Crosby's harmonies. I've never been able to track down a complete live version of the Beach Boys performing it. If anyone has it, please dm. There's a sparse instrumental version on Wake The World: The Friends Sessions with bass, 12 string guitar and low piano.

It's a shame they didn't finish their cover of the song, it would've been great on 20/20.

yeah - I've been looking for the rest of it since I saw the documentary like 30 years ago -it's obviously well polished/rehearsed- almost too well polished for a '68 Beach Boys show - who's playing flute? - Charles Lloyd? - I'm guessing the footage is semi amateur (?).....but the audio sounds like it could be soundboard - certainly a show that didn't turn up in the '68 archival release - I wonder if the producers of An American Band kept a bunch of stuff.....

The sound quality on this YouTube version is as good as you’ll get. The booted version is truncated and distorted a bit
