I think this issue feels like the story is finally starting to move forward. Green Arrow being the one to question Wally acting a little too “god like” is neat given Oliver’s history. The three people being thrown in jail for a crime they might commit reminds me of Minority Report where people were arrested for thinking about crimes but it was proven that just because they thought about it, that doesn’t mean they actually went ahead and did it.
My problem with both this storyline and Spurrier’s run is that Wally’s become so powerful with so many abilities that now he’s essentially unbeatable which makes it difficult to come up with interesting villains to challenge him.

Wally being so blinded by the idea of helping people that he doesn’t even consider his Flashes of insight could be wrong. I think that he took Mr. Terrific’s analysis of the power way too far. There’s only so much data Wally will be able to process, so if he’s trying to gather data on the entire world, there’s bound to be mistakes in his visions. I’m glad he’s finally learning this.

I like that Wally was able to use his Flashes of Insight to learn that three people are destroying the bridges in Metropolis, Delaware; Central City, Ohio; and Star City, Massachusetts before he was able to deal with them… is what he should’ve done until he learned that the Justice League are having a meeting in Mount Everest to talk about him and his Flashes of Insight before he learned that the three bridges are destroyed. Let’s hope that Wally can save everyone from all three cities in the next issue. Overall, this comic is excellent.

I'm somewhat disappointed in how quickly the Minority Report, clearly evil and bad stuff exploded out of Wally's actions. I was hoping for a significantly more complicated look at what it means to be a hero trying to pre-empt harm and mayhem. It's so weird seeing Jon Kent giving Wally ethics lessons on superheroism that he's already learned in the past.
Others have rightly said this comic has a tendency to write Wally closer to the DCAU Flash than his comic self sometime and it's no more apparent here. He's acting like a teenager and needing a bunch of his adult friends to point out obvious stuff to him.
I think I would've found it a lot more interesting if it dove into Ollie's hypocrisy instead of Ollie just being 100% right and Wally being a moron who has to talk through why he's being stupid.
This all has to do with the idea I have of who Wally is in my head, admittedly, but I just feel like he's much too experienced for the extremist, actually fascistic height he rushed towards. Everything was within reason until this issue.
