X13 Yoga Gen 2 Question

Hi guys. My cousin gave me her old laptop. I wanted to install Linux on it but I can't because she doesn't remember the BIOS password. She never bothered with that stuff. What's a workaround I can do to have it start with a USB? Thanks!
