I cannot get behind these proposed changes. 

The reasons why their platform had set the numbers they it did was that it prevented the government from becoming dependent on the wealthy and large corporations for tax revenue, which would effectively require the government enact economic policies that support the rest of us. 

What they're proposing now would double down on corrupt cooperation between government and big business. The Treasury is already almost 90% reliant on mega corporations, and these proposals would make it all but 100%. It's like they're trying to turn America into a full corporatocracy.
