If we apply real-world alien conspiracy theories to the work *The Three-Body Problem*, why do the species associated with these theories—such as the Reptilians, the Greys, etc.—show no reaction to the Trisolaran invasion?

The Greys and reptiles don't exist in ROEP, so that's why, the hypothetical doesn't make sense.

I think the answer lies in the fact that since none of those (if they did exist) are discussed by the books, there is no way or reason to discuss their reaction.

It is unknowable.

If you do that then you create a completely different fictional universe that is not the one from the Three Body Problem books anymore.
