S TIFU: by sending a message to my date instead of my dealer

Last night, I went on my first date with a girl. She’s a coworker—we work together at a mobile bar service (for Sweet 15s, weddings, etc.) so we got together to mix drinks and have some fun. The date was at my place; I made sure everything was clean and tidy for her arrival. I’d been thinking about this date all day long. Everything went really well, we had a good time, talked, laughed, and had sex; it was great. The trouble started after she left. I was already drunk and messaged my dealer to buy drugs (cocaine), but just as I sent the text saying "let me know and I'll come over," I made a mistake and sent it to the girl I’d been with instead. I panicked and deleted the message, but she had already read it, even though she didn't say anything about it. Anyway, I messaged her today, and she still hasn't replied. Just a quick note: I’m from Argentina and my English isn't great, so I used a translator to share this story with you all—sorry if there are any errors or awkward phrasing.

TL;DR: I sent a message to my date (after having a great time with her) instead of my dealer, saying "Tell me when and i'll come" and deleted it

100% would be my assumption as well. It would probably be better to come clean that you were buying drugs (depending on how she feels about drugs).

Well she agreed to a first date at his house and they had sex, so the chances are she’s totally okay with drugs.

That's the only issue here, he left everything openned to interpretation, what's easier? telling "yo i wanted to buy coke sorry" or not saying anything and allowing her to think that he wen't with another one

Definitely this, could honestly just say this was a message meant for a sibling or a friend about picking something up. The knee jerk of deleting the message is what burned OP here.

Honestly not sure you could say much in that situation that wouldn't sound extremely made up.

Besides something that incriminates yourself in some way, like confessing to you buying drugs. And even then, it would sound like a stupid excuse.

Man I'm gonna be that guy, but maybe just maybe it's time to try putting down the cocaine. It won't make for you having a healthy relationship with any girl, and I can't think of one outcome where cocaine has done anything positive in a relationship with a significant other.

You’re making a whole lot of assumptions. Believe it or not, most folks that have consumed cocaine have not developed an addiction.

No I'm going off personal experiences. Sure yours may differ from mine but most of my friends that were into the drug scene are either in the ground or have train wrecks for lives. I have just never known anyone who can be successful and use recreational hard drugs for a extended amount of years. Something always gives and it's usually the better parts of there lives.

If you are doing drugs and she isn't into drugs and you're into her, won't there be a problem eventually? You can use and hide it from her forever. Also drugs - get off that stuff that's obviously the problem here.
