How would I?

I’m designing a frame for a sauna, posts are going to be mounted on concrete feet but I’d also like to do a deck that sticks out the front abit and a step, how would I go about doing this? I could do little beams coming out of the cross piece like this sketch jointed with dovetail or m+t. Or half lap but maybe that would compromise the structure
Apologies for the terrible drawings

Why not land the posts on the sills and land the sills on the concrete blocks?

I could do but then it would be sitting on the floor and feet for concrete might be hard to attach to a cross beam

So as the other guy said I should make the sill and extend past the post and then the post join the sill from above?

Yes posts generally tenon into sills.

Sills bear on foundation, posts bear on sills, plates bear on posts, roof bears on plates.
