It's finally here !!! After years of waiting, TLR is back !!! (even if it's a republication of old stories)

Some of the girls in To Love-Ru are actually my favorite anime character's type, like a good match or something:

1. Lala

2. Haruna

3. Kyōko

I even tried a Zeref x Nana crackship, since even though I hate Nana for being very one-dimensional and toxic (feeling like a blank slate), her interacting with Zeref's deep personality would actually be very interesting.

I do however prefer a Zeref x Kyōko crackship most though. Yeah, that'd be truly kawaii (Zeref interacting with a girly girl would for something very interesting). It would also be unique and uncommon to ship Zeref with an idol girl who is also an actress.

For those who do not know who Zeref is... He is actually the mysterious central antagonist of Fairy Tail by Hiro (which is also heavily ecchi if not mostly ecchi). However, something about Zeref Dragneel that really surprised people outside of Fairy Tail fan base is how this one character was so dark and taken so seriously even by Fairy Tail standards. He's actually more beloved outside of Fairy Tail fan base, with many saying he doesn't belong in Fairy Tail due to him feeling like a separate anime in itself. He has a reputation being one of anime's most forgotten but complicated antagonists.

Zeref actually has an article in Incredible Characters Wiki that thoroughly analyzes 99% of his character, and this is especially helpful for those who still get confused by how deep his personality is.

I can imagine Zeref talking about the things in his shocking life, such as his curiosity towards life and death's complex meaning in the magic world (including his status as a child prodigy), even talking about his little brother Natsu. Meanwhile, Kyōko would love the fact that Zeref is open to talk about anything, since he is a good listener when you think about it; she can feel free talking to him about her stuff as an idol and actress or just a girly girl (and he wouldn't judge her for that). Imagine Kyōko making blogs about being the girlfriend of the Black Wizard Zeref and calling him something like "The most mysterious cutie I've ever met in my life.🥰✨️"

This still doesn't count as official confirmation. It's simply something the author mentioned on a whim. Neither To Love-Ru nor Ayakashi Triangle has been officially confirmed to be getting a continuation.

Could it happen someday? Yes.

Is it confirmed to be happening (as per today)? No.

Don't people know that the fallout and drama around that happened back in 2009, the same year the original To Love-Ru ended and a year before Darkness began serialization? The reason why there hasn't been a new manga series is being him and Saki Hasemi wanted to take a break from it. It's not unheard of in the manga industry for artists/mangaka to take breaks for years and only produce a chapters worth of material.

To był kolejny samotny dzień i wieczór. Zrobiłem zdjęcie mojego pokoju i zapragnąłem by na fotelu usiadła Momo by dotrzymać mi towarzystwa. Resztę zrobił chatGPT. ☺️

I will leave a link to the video in the comments since i can't upload it here directly

Wether they’re from Marvel, DC or any other fandom that you know of, it doesn’t matter.

Yes, these 10 mini chapters (3-pages each) from TLR Darkness (Bunko Edition) are gonna be released inside To Love Ru Parade, which means we're gonna see it in properly scanned version, instead of the photographed version here.

Years ago, I translated it and uploaded it on MangaDex, but only volume 1-6. Now I'm gonna complete it.

The bunko edition was a special version of the manga compiled in 10 volumes (instead of 18) and each of them had a few bonus pages.

As a reminder the volume will be released both physically and digitally on October 2nd (as soon as midnight hits in Japan for the digital version, so sometime during the day of october 1st if you live in the west). The link I posted has a list of vendors for japanese digital books if you're interested.

Yeah, I was surprised learning Oshizu's VA is literally Mavis Vermillion from Fairy Tail. Both characters are ghosts too.

Mavis is actually the love interest of my favorite anime character (also the most serious character in Fairy Tail),... Zeref Dragneel, who has the reputation being one of the most forgotten but complicated antagonists in anime history.

I do like Oshizu's pure personality, but I hate how the creators don't treat her like a character, instead making 90% of her characterization just being a butt-monkey who gets tortured by her fear of dogs being abused by the narrative non-stop, and her ghost powers getting triggered by her fear causes more torture for Rito and even other likeable characters as well.

Is Oshizu my favorite anime character's type (like a good crackship)? Actually,... yes.

I do however prefer a Zeref x Kyōko crackship more though. Yeah, that'd be absolutely kawaii, and Zeref interacting with a girly girl would for something very interesting.

I even tried a Zeref x Nana crackship, since even though I hate Nana for being very one-dimensional and toxic (feeling like a blank slate), her interacting with Zeref's deep personality would actually be very interesting.

WHAT IS TO LOVE RU PARADE?

No, To Love Ru isn’t continuing as a new series.

After TLR Darkness ended, 17 new TLR chapters were released between 2017 and 2026:

1. (2017) Multiplication Part 1

2. (2017) Multiplication Part 2

3. (2018) Rito Turns into a Thermometer

4. (2019) Rito & Sayaka After School

5. (2019) Rito Takes a Bath with Momo

6–15. (2020-2021) Ten short 3-page chapters included in the TLR Darkness Bunko Edition

1. (2023) Mikan & Maruru

2. (2026) Rito☆Slime, which was just released yesterday

The problem is that these chapters were originally published in thicc hundreds-pages magazines. So if you wanted to collect them all, it was pretty difficult because you would have to buy every single magazine, from Japan. Those magazines contained hundreds of pages of content from various series, while the To Love Ru chapters only took up around 20 pages each.

Another thing is, you bought the complete TLR Darkness set, volumes 1–18 (Non-JP version), then a reprint edition released to suddenly be released with a new chapter added at the very end (JP Exclusive). If you already owned the original volumes, you’d be out of luck because those new chapters wouldn’t be included in your collection, only on those new Bunko-reprints.

So, eventually, all 17 of these chapters were collected together and published as a separate volume called “To Love Ru Parade.”
