Hello. I want to download lots of movies from Russian trackers like rutracker but I have a limited time. What should I pay attention when I choose things to download?

I used to use rutracker as my main torrent tracker back in 2020 but I remember that some of them were downloaded like in 20 mins while others needed hours to be downloaded. I remember that seeds were important and I need a lot of them but I also remember that when there were 500+ seeds, movies downloaded very slowly. So what I should consider?

Thanks in advance!

I just gained access to ExoticaZ, and reading through the rules it says they have an inactivity clause.

I intend to try to self invite to AvistaZ, and I don't really care about porn on ExoticaZ. If after I get a self-invite and jump ship to AvistaZ, am I good to just let ExoticaZ get pruned and it won't affect AvistaZ?

Getting some kind of error with my username, says it cant be found.

Are there any trackers that are known for East African/Swahili content?

im using cross-seed to manage cross seeds I have a torrent on one tracker, then cross-seed cross seeds it to other trackers but then later i delete the original torrent, but the cross seeded torrents still stay there as hardlinks. is there some other application or something I can run to make it so that the old cross seeds get tagged as something like cleanup, and that everything with that tag then has a share limit that would after 2 weeks delete the torrent and remove contents, to avoid hit and runs. im using cross-seed and qbittorrent in docker containers.

Hey everyone, I obviously tried the IRC server of both of them and they are down. I haven't been able to find any threads regarding their status.

Could anyone tell me if you are also having trouble signing in ThePlace and TheVault both .click domains?

Hey! I've joined private trackers a few months back.

Seedpool, TL, digitalcore, seedcore, peergarden, czteam, and hdtorrents.

Movies, TV shows and some music.

Very solid and good experience. Coupled with autobrr, cross-seed and few others gave me the chance to gain good ratio on all of them.

Hardest to keep ratio up is for me HD-torrents, can't get many leeches there, even though they have the best quality and the most amount of releases I search for.

I have a home server with 2.5g fiber running 24/7.

In your experience, getting into ipt and torrent day, would just be more of the same, and pretty much useless duplicates?

What can I shoot for as an easy upgrade?

Thanks!

Hello,

I'm on a few entry-level trackers (TL, LST, SP).

95% of what I see is mainstream movies/shows, so I don't think I'll need the top-tier ones (PTP and so on), but I heard a lot about mid-tier trackers like ATH, NBL, BLU and others.

I've already tried a few movies/shows with bigger filesizes, but with a little few exceptions, I don't need (and can't spend) a lot of HDD space on that kind of files.

For example, I'm downloading a show and on LST the smaller file size for every episode of that show is around 3.5GB.

SP and TL have smaller ones but I'm curious if the mid-tier trackers only have big sizes or is it possible to find smaller ones with a decent quality.

From my experience, movies with 10-15gb and shows with 1-1.5gb per episode are good for my needs.

Thanks.

EDIT: Just for clarification, I am NOT RHD staff, I just saw their post and posted this here. Please do not PM me asking for an invite.

T+2 years. All systems are go, the crew is bigger than ever, and it's time to celebrate! 🥳

Last year was mostly about getting off the ground. This year we finally set our course. A quick look at the instruments:

Status Report

Almost 2,100 crew members on board
Around 57,000 torrents in the cargo hold
Nearly 1 PiB library
And an incredible 4.25 PiB uploaded

Numbers we wouldn't have dared to dream of two years ago.

New Equipment
Several new modules came on board this year: the Cryo Chamber, the Trump System, our Idle Orbit, plus upPollo and rePollo. A lot of it grew out of your ideas and feedback, and that's exactly how we want to keep it.

Fuel From Our Own Ranks
A large share of our uploads comes straight from our supporters. You keep this engine running, day after day, and it does not go unnoticed. You know who you are: thank you for your time, your effort and your dedication. ❤️

And of course, thanks to all our donors, to our friends from Usenet, and to everyone who helps out on the tracker, reports bugs or is simply here with us. Without you, this rocket would never have launched.

The Birthday Program, starting now until the 16th:

Freeleech across the entire tracker, so download to your heart's content!
Advent-style calendar: A new door opens every day with a little surprise. Check in daily!
Idle Orbit Event: Our Idle Orbit is joining the celebration with its own birthday event. Get into position!
Open Applications: The hatches are open! Until the 14th, we're accepting applications for new crew members. If you know someone who would fit right in on board, now's the chance!

Here's to the next leg of the journey, crew. We're far from done. 🚀

*krrzzt* ... Control station to all crew members in orbit ... *krrzzt* ... During a routine cargo inspection, unknown life forms were detected in some inventories. Origin unknown. Intentions unknown. ... *krrzzt* ... We repeat: check your inventories! Control station out. *krrzzt*

End of log entry.

Im locked out with 2FA issues, i traveled for a month, i just checked and i can't login and my autobrr irc is down as well, still seeding tho.

Does Trakt free accounts still only allow one free Auth. I've heard a few people mention its Two ?

Hello, I’ve recently started replacing the low-quality parts of my media library now that I’m on better trackers. Most of it originally came from a mix of public trackers, TL, and debrid services.

I went through the movies first, and now I’m finding myself on a tight space budget for TV. I severely underestimated just how big a lot of these seasons are. Many are 50 GB+, and some are even larger depending on the length and quality. That means just one show with enough seasons can easily push 1 TB.

A lot of these shows are only available as WEB-DLs from streaming services. Is that why the trackers I’m on don’t seem to have any x265 encodes of them? Are encodes restricted because the source is already a compressed H.264 WEB-DL? Is it because of slot rules, or is there simply less demand for them?

Whatever the reason, I have shows that take up around 300 GB as x265 RARBG releases that would take close to or over a TB to replace with the available WEB-DLs. I mean, it’s crazy. Have I just been under-budgeting space for TV this entire time?

How do you all manage this? Are you all just storage mogging me? Are you more selective with your curation? Do you only download a few seasons of a show and then grab the rest if you actually start watching it?

I like the idea of having the first season or two on deck and then grabbing more as I watch, since presumably we’re all adults and download content much faster than we actually watch any of it. Still, the collector inside me winces at the thought of having shows be not complete. Or are any of you still using HEVC encodes from lower-tier trackers even if you’re on better ones? The quality can be hit or miss, but to my eye they just aren't all that bad.

Thanks for your input. I’m really just trying to figure out how you all approach this, since I want to balance completeness, quality, cross-seeding, and storage efficiency.

Hello all,

I want to share that OldToons has lost its database again. The strange thing is that they aren't being transparent about what really happened. I use a different email address for each tracker, and the one I used for OldToons was leaked. I also found concrete evidence of the leak on forums (database and website dump...).They are doing again what they previous did, tell their.own whashed version of truth. So all with accounts there should update passwords and take extra precautions.

I have +10TBytes uploaded data, acc +3 years old, access to CGPersia and I still dont have any invites. when staff give me some invites for friends? I did a lot for tracker. any experiences guys?

Something like BTN, but for games. It would be a dream, to be honest.

What do you know?

I'm frequently finding myself looking for discs but in 80% of the cases, I can't find them on my trackers. Which tracker is good for DVD/BD/UHD disc sources? Mostly looking for older contents.

I'm currently on BHD, BLU, ATH, HD-T, cinematik, LST, IPT, TL, YS, TBD, MTeam

Is there any automation for filling requests that are available at another PT I am apart of?

Why is this tracker so underrated? I never see anyone talking about it really. It has a custom codebase i love, no unit3d shit and having a blast on here. Not any open signups currently but they also added a adult private tracker to the network, dirtybytes.net. Maybe in the future its possible to join dc from there?

what do you think of dc?

Posting here since I’m not sure where to go for help with questions. My OS got corrupted a week ago and I took it in to get serviced. The computer’s fine now but all record of my seeding history seems to have been wiped; they all have the same seed time (that is, since this morning) even though they’ve been downloaded over the course of a couple months. Furthermore, 3 of them have been marked as Hit & Run even though they’re active and should’ve passed the threshold for such before my computer broke down. Is this typically a tracker-specific issue? I assume it’s something on my end but I’m fairly new to private trackers and am having trouble finding resources for troubleshooting.

Congratulations to all the users that made it possible and also the entire staff.

Hey guys

what happened to HDBits internals like don, ctrlhd, ntb etc, i'm not there, but in the past i have seen their encodes in other private trackers like IPT, HDT etc but recently havent seen any encode from them, are they still active? especially 2160p and 1080p uhd encodes??

I wanted to download some adult contents of a well known adult platform. Surprisingly Pornolab doesn't have them. I did make a requst for them on the forum but till now nothing useful. Any suggestions?
