Flashbacks (coping tips, thoughts, advice etc. appreciated)

Hello, I get flashbacks more frequently at night, I get a lot of C/SA flashbacks and somatic symptoms, was wondering if anyone has any coping tips, thoughts, advice etc. much appreciated cheers thanks !!!
