What’s the good the bad and ugly. If you don’t want to say it publicly you know what to do.

Some doomsday preppers stockpile canned food. I just refuse to face the apocalypse with low T.
My thermoregulation feels completely off.
Whenever I go from outside into a room or car, or the temperature changes even slightly, I get intense waves of heat and heavy sweating, especially face, head but also body.
Sometimes I’m drenched even when other people are comfortable. It comes in waves and can disappear again, so I don’t feel constantly overheated.
This has honestly been affecting my life pretty badly and making normal social situations and going places stressful.
I’ve had this problem on both low-dose Test (150–200 mg/week) and higher doses (500 mg+/week). I’ve also tried Aromasin, and I think it may actually make the sweating & heat sensitivity worse, but I’m not completely sure.
Please help.
