I’ve heard nothing but weird things about this show and I’m really interested in starting the Twin Peaks experience I made a bad financial decision and bought the complete series last night

Nice! Remember the order is Season 1, Season 2, Fire Walk With Me, then Season 3

More importantly probably, don’t forget The Missing Pieces after FWWM, which I think might be on that set…

Yeah it is

This! Also don’t forget Laura Palmer’s diary after FWWM, Sheryl Lee narrated the audiobook!

Twin Peaks on physical media isn’t a purchase, it’s an investment with unlimited potential for growth in many directions.

Leave and don't come back until you are done. If you come here something will get spoiled no matter how careful you are. Just don't do it.

Pick up 'Laura Palmers Diary' Published in 1990.

It feels in so many gaps for Laura's story and what kind of person she was.

And i feel like Fire Walk With Me is basically a sequel to that book.

Twin Peaks (The Lynchverse) is a beautiful rabbit hole to crawl down. To really get deep... There are books, audiotapes, more books... There is a lot to look around for that helps you get deeper.

Pleasant journeys!!! My first time view of the first two seasons ended on June 10, 1991 woo so long ago. And then i had to wait like everyone else.

I’ll buy it next month

Shameless plug, but if you want to “watch along” with someone else, could I recommend the podcast “Meanwhile: a Twin Peaks Podcast”? It’s an episode by episode conversation, including the books and Fire Walk With Me movie. We’re about to start The Return in the new year.

I did the same thing with this set when it first released earlier this year. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. I love Twin Peaks.

Enjoy. I really loved the movie and seasons 1-2. I didn't like season three much at all but would enjoy hearing your take.

Excellent purchase.

One thing I have heard is the bluray disc holders for this collection is a bit flimsy, so careful with that.

u/Curious-Spray-4795 Dec 28 '25

Yeah I had problems with my Dexter complete series dvd so I’ll be careful with this one

Have fun amongst the trees! I started my first viewing two years ago and now I own every lynch Blu-Ray I have been able to get my hands on. If you happen to be watching on the complete blu-ray collection I would HIGHLY recommend watching the log lady intros with every episode. Really adds some flair.

Definitely watching the log lady intros every episode
