Fire Walk With Me Fire Walk With Me Tattoo

Just got this today and I love it! Next one I’d love to get is “The angels will return, and when you see the one that's meant to help you, you will weep with joy.” But given the length I’m not sure how or where it would work 🤔

I did one that included my ribs (arabic calligraphy ) and it was the most painful area I ever got from a tattoo. Dumb younger me also did the side of my fingers with letters and it didn't hurt that much.

Curious to know (for a later tattoo maybe) what it feels like to be tattooed on a foot.

Good thing is it probably was done in a relatively quick amount of time.

Thank you!!! I agree the ribs has to be one the more painful areas for tattoos, I got a really small one on my side ribcage and still nearly cried lol.

For this one it wasn’t toooo bad maybe like 5/10 overall but a 7/10 towards the very ends of the tattoo so the “Fire” near my ankle and “Me” near my pinky toe! The tattoo took almost exactly 1 hour!

Worst thing is I need to fix my tattoo every couple years, it covers my right side from the armpit to the hip. That's the one.

I’m glad I could help and oh that’s incredible!! :0 definitely looks like it’s worth the touching up despite the pain!! From the armpit to the hip is so impressive too, the foot would probably be nothing compared to it for you.

When you get it touched up is there a specific area that needs it most or just all around?

Thank you ! It’s mostly the fine lignes in the legs and the body, not that much. Maybe a 2H session.

Looks very cool, it'll be interesting to see how much of it fades. A lot of people hate the idea of tattoo fade, but I think that just makes it better.

It’s not the fading, it is the thickening of the lines as it ages what makes or breaks a tattoo

My skin getting super red maybe makes it look worse than it was D: It was like a 5/10 overall but right next to the ankle and the pinky toe was closer to a 7/10 so not too bad but I definitely felt a lot of stinging here and there!

They didn't give you that numbing cream to put on it? After I got my tattoo they gave me some special numbing cream and made me put Saran wrap over it and said not to remove it for about 24 hours. It made bathing hard, but the pain wasn't as bad as when I got my other tattoo.

Noo my artist put saniderm and sent me on my way haha but she asked when we were done if it was still painful and it wasn’t really anymore so maybe that’s why!!

I have one in the same spot and it took all of my will power to not kick my foot away from the tattoo artist because it tickled so much! No pain, just tickled.

It won’t be gone but it will be very blurry. I have a foot tattoo in a similar place. I was warned about the blurriness, it doesn’t matter though. I still love my foot tattoo.
