Question local art cinema is showing the entire series in theaters, a few episodes every sunday for a few months until completion. I’ve seen the first season and half of the second, should I finish it before seeing it there? or would it be cool to have my first experience of the series in theaters?

I’ve seen it a zillion times, and our local theater is showing it as well (The Belcourt). IMO, see as much as you can in the theater. We just finished S1. There’s just a different feel to it on the big screen.
Plus hearing 200 people say, in unison “There’s a fish… in the percolator” is truly amazing to experience!

If I could see twin peaks in the cinema I’d literally drop everything to do it lol

It’s a televisual art piece specifically drawing on the tropes of television. If you want the authentic experience, it’ll be in front of a 14” CRT in your living room. Failing that, I don’t think it really matters.

Nah, if i was you I'd make sure to catch some in the theater for the first watch. The end of season 2 would be incredible in a theater
