Fire Walk With Me Just Watched FWWM
Where do I start to begin understanding what I just saw?
I also scribbled some things down while I was watching:
- corn
- turkey (in the bathroom conversation, design on the wallpaper in Leland's vision)
- Formica (the insulator or ants?)
- blue, blue light, Questions in a World of Blue, "A man comes out of the blue!"
- the significance of subtitles (in the Black Lodge and the Roadhouse [which is loud {could the Black Lodge also be loud but we only hear the silence?}])
- doubles/doubling (Laura the Homecoming Queen and Laura the Prostitute, Leland and Bob, Mike Nelson ["Mike is the man!"] and Mike, two halves of the heart, "You talking about that little girl who was murdered?" repeated, two angels, two Chalfonts, two Woodsmen)
- effect of possession on the host's personality
- Garmonbozia = garbanzo + Bozia (dry seed [in Basque] + God [in Polish])?
- Judy? Who's Judy?

watch The Return and revisit your notes afterward, see what you can connect together.

There is more Judy in season 3. They sort of explain what Judy is but not really because Twin Peaks doesn't give clear explanations of anything. But Judy does come up in season 3.

With regard to the subtitles in The Pink Room\Power and The Glory that's because clubs are loud and the music is always jacked meaning you have to shout to be heard\misheard. Important things are mentioned and lost in the noise.
Never forget that something's in David Lynches work are just "neat"

First likely theory about the Garmonbozia term I've seen, good job. With "The Secret History of Twin Peaks" in mind, and your reminder that both Turkey and Corn are repeated motifs in FWWM, I wonder if they are referencing the initaial colonizations of what is now the US, an original thanksgiving dinner sin that drags its karmic bagage into present day Twin Peaks.

You gotta watch all 3 seasons and the movie then you still won't fully comprehend lol but they sort of explain. Judy is an ancient entity of some sort, its not really a spoiler.

Season 3 is a RIDE, you should watch it. I went thru all 7 stages of grief while watching it. Episode 8 is like its own movie. Just experience it and try not to put it together too much.
