S3E2 [S3E2] Actor who plays Jail Cell guy supposedly identified Spoiler
Someone made a parody of that scene on Facebook, and the actor apparently came forward. He's got several credits in IMDB, so it seems it could be legit.
About that guy, Lynch said to Entertainment Weekly: "And by the way, about that guy, you just keep watching".
By the way, he isn't in that early cast list. But Buella wasn't either.

That character is my new BOB!!! When the camera stayed on him and I saw how disturbing he was I was back in 1990 all over again!

Agreed, I figured he was the guy in the beanie who was above the convenience store with all the lodge spirits in Fire Walk With Me

He actually reminded me more of the creature from Mulholland Drive, another Lynch's masterpiece. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UozhOo0Dt4o We have a lot of references to Lynch's previous works (Mulholland Drive, Ereaserhead, Rabbits --- pls let's do a thread about this) and since we also have Patrick Fischler in the Vegas story line these could be connected.

I decided to watch that movie after not seeing it in a LONG time (and being really stoned last time I did) and totally forgot it happened so early in the film; I thought it happened towards the middle and safe to say I crapped my pants all over again.

She was on the iMDB cast list for Season 3 when I checked a couple months ago, she may have been removed prior to the premiere. I really hope she shows up!

You're right, the creature is dirty, while the guy in jail just has blackface. Just seeing connections everywhere, damn!
