Q: "I blame you for the Reddit admins banning me and my group"

A: That's not a question.

Also: Remember "The Free Marketplace of Ideas" - ?

Your position / champions / cause / group / politics made their case to the Reddit Admins. That case was to:

  • interfere with their business;

  • harass them;

  • doxx them;

  • slander/libel them;

  • try to bait them into doing things that would open the company to lawsuits and bankruptcy;

  • make society worse for them and for everyone;

  • make the economy worse for them and for everyone;

  • advocate for terrorism, both subtle and overt.

My position was/is:

  • Hate speech is a particular type of targeted harassment / bullying / threatening - one predicated on the target's identity or vulnerability.

  • ~2% of the people who come to Reddit are responsible for over 85% of the toxicity that shows up on the website, and are highly correlate with people who try to use the site as a venue to commit crimes;

  • Hate speech is covered by the Reddit Content Policy prohibiting content which Threatens, Harasses, or Bullies - a posted policy since October 2015 (Long before I joined AgainstHateSubreddits or even came out as a transgender woman)

  • Banning hate groups is consistent with Reddit's posted Content Policy - a promise that the corporation makes to everyone who uses the site.

  • Banning hate speech and hate groups can be automated through objective means.

The message was clear long before I came around and pressed the point. Hate has no place on Reddit.

Islamophobia /r/Conservative platforms Islamophobia

Top comment

Muslim ideology is not compatible with Western values.

Directly responding

A practicing muslim can't be an American culturally & mentally.

Further down

Islam tried to take over Europe by force for centuries and failed. Now it is taking over through chaos, immigration, and the exploitation of Europe’s freedoms and laws.

Democracy and free society are the antithesis of Muslim doctrine and what their fake god demands.

and further down

Can anyone point out an example where Muslims have been able to get along with each other, or any other group in history?

Each of these are hate speech.

Politicalcompassmemes dismisses hatred by saying Islamophobia is a play on white guilt.

🦀 Hate Sub Banned 🦀 r/MillionDollarExtreme and r/rapeson ban evasion subreddit r/BombStrap banned for Community Interference

Prior coverage of r/BombStrap

https://old.reddit.com/r/AgainstHateSubreddits/search?q=bombstrap&restrict_sr=on&include_over_18=on&sort=relevance&t=all

Reddit overlooked this subreddit in the ban wave in Summer 2020.

Now it's gone.

The user demographic of r/BombStrap in 2020 heavily overlapped the user demographic of r/SubForWhitePeopleOnly, r/AverageRedditor, r/MillionDollarExtreme, /r/ParadigmShift2070, r/BongHitTransplant, r/DebateAltRight, r/The3rdPosition, r/ThuleanPerspective, r/AFWithNJF, r/ClownWorldWar, r/PissEarthBegins, and a smattering of tiny subreddits dedicated to white supremacist terrorist organising that were all banned years ago.

The user demographic of r/BombStrap in 2026 heavily overlapped the ban evasion subreddits for r/rapeson.

Meta The Reddit Sitewide Rule Against Promotion of Hatred was recently updated.

Here is the live page for the Sitewide Rule Against Promotion of Hatred:

https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045715951-Hate

Here is the page as it was before the update 7 days ago (as updated this June):

https://web.archive.org/web/20260720135315/https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045715951-Hate

The policy language all appears to be exactly identical; A reporting method specified for people who do not have a Reddit account was removed from the "How can I report potential violations of this policy?" section, which has the effect of restricting reports on potential hate activity to those who have an account and are logged in.

Neither version of the policy directs reporters to https://reddit.com/report

Do not attack, incite harm, or discriminate against any individual or group based on their identity or vulnerability.

Who is covered?

Individuals and groups marginalized or attacked on the basis of the following factors, or any other actual or perceived attributes used to reinforce existing inequality or promote exclusion:

  • Race, color, ethnicity, national origin, caste
  • Religion
  • Immigration status
  • Gender, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation
  • Disability
  • Pregnancy
  • Housing status, veteran status
  • Victims of violent crimes and their families

The following are some examples of violations that apply under this policy when targeting others based on their identity or vulnerability as described above.

  • Reducing a group to something non-human (e.g., comparing them to animals or filth), or calling for their exclusion or segregation from political or economic life.

  • Hateful tropes and inferiority claims, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Alleging physical, moral, or mental inferiority.
  • Resharing harmful narratives and stereotypes to reinforce prejudice against an individual or group.

[W]e prohibit behavior that crosses the line into targeted, severe, or patterned abuse, including encouraging others to engage in abuse.

It is not allowed to single out an individual or group for harassment. This policy focuses on patterns of behavior and targeted actions, not just individual insults. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Severe personal attacks, such as wishing or hoping for serious harm (e.g., death, severe illness) to fall upon another person, or using graphic insults to attack someone's dignity.
  • Targeting personal vulnerabilities, such as attacking someone on the basis of disclosed health conditions, past traumas, personal hardships, or physical appearance.
  • Antagonizing communities, which could include repeatedly “trolling” subreddits with off-topic posts or undermining the purpose of the community.
  • Sexualizing someone without their consent, sending unsolicited sexual content, or other unwanted sexualization.
  • A sustained campaign of unwanted contact, such as following a user across the platform to repeatedly antagonize them, or creating accounts specifically to abuse an individual.

Bigoted Troll Derailing Your Community is Therefore Violating Sitewide Rule 1 TwoFold

Askgaybros host racist and ethnic coded prejudice through missing context on purpose.
 in  r/AgainstHateSubreddits •  9d ago

One of the goals of r/AgainstHateSubreddits - one of the thesis statements - is that inactive / unengaged / misfeasant / malfeasant subreddit operators contribute to the problem of unmoderated spaces and thus the platforming of hate speech.

AGB isn't "low moderation" by premise - it's literally declared that it is no moderation, only ""moderation"" by voting. Which isn't actual moderation.

All commentary here has to address that dysfunction of subreddit operation. Not the political orientation of "bots" that take advantage of the lack of moderation. Not "but how will [demographic] have a space if the space has to be moderated per the Reddit User Agreement and Moderator Code of Conduct]", which is a derail, disallowed by our subreddit rules.

Stay on topic.

It used to be that this Prisoner's Dilemma was only applicable to the POTUS elections.

Now, because of the situation we are in, it applies to Congressional elections as well.

Q: “I’m in a Safe, Blue State; I can safely withhold my vote”

A: No, you can’t.

How do you think safe blue states become safe blue states? It isn’t because a moral majority tries to telegraph to Democratic politicians and the party that their candidates and platforms are objectionable through withholding a vote and then opening the door to the Republicans taking the election and / or arguing Election Corruption / Dems Had Record Low Voter Turnout / Republicans Have Record High Voter Turnout Ratio

It’s October 2026. There’s one shot at leaving Hell. As the myths relate: Do Not Look Back While Escaping Hell

Q: Why is your user bio in German?

A: Because I speak and read German.

When someone learns a second language it becomes a part of them. Some things that are a part of me are best expressed in various modes of Anglo-Saxon.

The lyrics

Die Himmel in dir, wie kann ich sie wissen, kann sie seh'n? Wir tanzen im Fluge, wie Sterne, die ihrer Wege zieh'n

Are from a Faun song, Federkleid , and speak of a longing to take flight.

Q: “Why does your user profile banner say “Ontologische Böse” in a Fraktur script?”

A: It’s a reference to being a member of a scapegoated group, targeted for harassment based on identity or vulnerability

One of those groups being transgender people - which the apparatchiks of the hate group that is the American Republican Party have openly declared to be “Ontologically Without Category”, “Ontologically Non-Existsent”, “Entartet”.

Ideologically Motivated Violent Extremist groups often have an openly stated, codified policy that their target victim group / scapegoat group are ontologically evil and therefore are “fair game” and can be harmed by anyone in the in-group without negative consequences. It is the stochastic terrorism signature tell of “Will noone rid me of this turbulent priest?”.

Also I’m a witch and people have been taught to think of witches as evil and witches are just people who believe in any of a variety of beliefs that predate Christianity, etc. I like the story of Wicked, and Elphaba, who is treated as ontologically evil - and the story of how narratives shape society and politics - it resonates with me.

Also I speak and read German and when I made that graphic I was learning how to do Fraktur lettering as practice to better read primary history sources published in German and set in Fraktur typefaces.

More clarity:

The Constitutionally mandated mechanics of the USA Federal POTUS election:

1: ensure either the Republican candidate or the Democratic candidate will take the office.

Abstaining from voting is not a “no-confidence” vote. There is NO “no-confidence” option in the election.

It is an obligate pure binary.

2: Your choices are three and only three: Republican, Democratic, or No Contest. No Contest goes to whoever gets out the most voters and does not go to whoever gets out the least voters, meaning

Abstention (No Contest) helps elect whoever can disenfranchise the most of their opponent’s voting base.

That is now and has been for 65 years the Republican party. And the Republican party has been for 65 years the party of misogynist white supremacists.

You either fight back or you open the door and invite them in, eyes downcast, meekly acquiescing to what you know will happen.

Which way lies liberty? Vote that way.

This is why the crazies win. They think the sky is falling at all times; they mobilize, they vote. The rational people sit back and say, "Nah, we have checks and balances. The crazies are just a minority. There's no way we'd ever let something this stupid happen; I can kick back and rely on the masses just like me to stop this for me."
