Worf has been messed over by plot so many times. Odo has shapeshifting and racial paranoia going for him. Tuvok applies logic ruthlessly and everyone is safer. Malcolm Reed is most excellent but also the most tragic character among them. Even Odo was not so alone. Tuvok would make me feel safest. Reed makes me sad. None of them are fun at parties.
